Who we are
Prowess & Victory is led by Nelson Hassinger, a creative director with years of experience studying collegiate, athletic, and heritage-driven apparel. The archive grew out of that work and an obsession with collecting pieces one by one.
Pieces are chosen for their color, fabrication, proportion, and the marks that evoke nostalgia. Pennants, jerseys, knits, and smalls sit alongside sketchbooks, reference photos, and Hank, the shop pup who looks over things.
Every item is photographed and documented by hand so what you see is honest and useful, whether you are a designer building product, a collector looking for a true period piece, or someone who simply appreciates the stories these pieces carry.
Locker Room
Prowess & Victory starts in the locker room. The locker room is a working archive and studio, where labels, construction, schools, seasons, and eras are studied. It is where pieces are collected, pinned to the wall, paired, tested, and built into stories.
Prowess means skill earned through practice, discipline, and dedication. It shows up in craftsmanship, sport, and tradition. Victory stands for achievement, legacy, and milestones worth remembering: the championships, the teams, and the moments that carried meaning.
Together, Prowess & Victory represents hard work, heritage, and the pride carried forward in the goods we keep. The locker room is where that history is gathered, studied, and brought back to life.
Rental, Sales & Inspiration
Prowess & Victory pieces can be rented, studied, or acquired outright. The archive is built for designers, brands, stylists, collectors, and fans who care about real heritage and legacy.
Every item in the locker room is chosen for its story. When you rent or buy from P&V, you are working from the same source of inspiration that informs our own design work and collecting.
Services include pulling focused racks around a school, sport, color story, or era. Select items are also available for photo shoots, fittings, and studio research. Reach out for rental inquiries or additional information.
